Mmmmmmmmmmmmouth watering. As a Paleo lifestyler eggs are really important to me. I eat two most mornings, poached, scrambled boiled or in an omelette (usually a 3 egg omelette), never fried. In this post you have offered some alternatives for other times of day that incorporate some of my other most favourite foods, notably mushrooms, tuna, cheese and ham. I have never tried crab sticks but be assured I will be test driving that one soon.
Thanks great post and very well illustrated to complement the well written and easy to follow recipes.
